Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your products. Requests after this point will be denied.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Â
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 business days.Â
Order cancellation
Customers are required to settle a $5 cancellation fee when canceling their orders.
Change of mind
If you change your mind or make a mistake in your order you have 14 days of the date you receive your products to contact us in writing (via email or the online form). Please use the return address for you to send the item(s) back at your cost and have 14 days from then to return the item/s to us for a refund.
Please note, a few conditions apply – see below.
We’ll be happy to accept returns of products that have not been opened and are in new ‘saleable’ condition.
A change of mind includes (but is not limited to), the following:
- You decide the item(s) purchased does not match your desired size/colour/specifications or simply decide that you do not want the item(s) at all.
- The item(s) you ordered no longer meet your requirements.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items (if applicable)
All items may be refunded except clearance items, unfortunately used items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not exchange clearance items, and we only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the clothing does not fit for you. To exchange your product, you need to place a new order instead and return your parcel with order number for refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and exchanged new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping some items over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
