Shipping policy

Depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take anywhere from 1 - 20 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please note during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted.

Once your order is placed, we will ship your order within 24 business hours. If there are any questions regarding your order and Katrina Love Store team can not get confirmation from customer within 48 hours, we will send the order or refund based on the last email that sent to customer.

Below are the most typical time frames for your region however delay can rarely happen so contact us first before opening a dispute.

Australia: All you can see in the website mostly have stock in Australia, it will takes 1 - 7 business days.

Express post just takes 1-3 business days to arrive all Australia area. 

New Zealand: Between 7-10 business days average.

Other Countries: Between 3-20 business days average.

Delays can happen, but the delivery times above are the norm.

Please contact us firstly if you are organizing the concert over $1000 order to make sure we have enough stock or place your order at least 2 months in advance with a note.
